International post delivery
With this option, I can send items with post office delivery. The Delivery option is available for Europe.
The cost will be 10 euros. The delivery is free for orders over 200 euro (promo code: I1HVKN3).
The delivery could arrive at your address or the nearest postal office. You can collect your order from the nearest postal office if you are unavailable during delivery. The delivery could be tracked from:

Delivery in Bulgaria
The Delivery cost for Bulgaria is 3.50 euros with Ekont. For orders over 100 euros, the delivery is free.
Delivery is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the season.
USA & Canada Delivery
The delivery for the USA is a Post Office with a USPS tracking number. The delivery for Canada is a Post Office delivery with a Canadian tracking number. The time for the delivery could be around two weeks, and 14 euros for an order. The delivery is free for orders over 200 euro (promo code: I1HVKN3). Delivery is between 7 and 25 business days, depending on the season.

If you haven’t received your order in 20 days, please check the tracking number and visit the local postal office.

NOTE
Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. You will recieve an email from delivery company with informarion how to pay the taxes.
Australia & New Zealand Delivery
The delivery for Australia is a Post Office with a tracking number. The time for the delivery could be around two weeks, and 14 euros for an order. The delivery is free for orders over 200 euro (promo code: I1HVKN3). Delivery is between 14 and 25 business days, depending on the season.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The preparation of the order takes between 2 and 4 business days.
The delivery is between 5 and 25 business days, depending on the season and location.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The orders ship from Sofia, Bulgaria.
NOTE
No refunds can be made in the followed cases:
- You didn’t collect your order from a local delivery company.- The delivery company didn’t find you on your address and cannot contact you for more than 28 days.
- You provide us a wrong delivery adress.
What should I do if my order is damaged from the delivery?
Send me ASAP photos of the package and the damaged poster.
All packages have insurance that could be requested from the delivery company.
I will prepare new illustrations for you.
NOTE
If you wait more than a week after delivery to contact me, I may not be able to dispute the delivery issues and cover the refund claim. Accordingly, it would be a problem to send you new prints after a very long waiting period.
RETURN POLICY
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once I receive the returned item(s), I will credit your original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e., the address not provided on the return form)
will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible.
