In the spring of 2025, I had the opportunity to join the wonderful project of Desenio. Art for a Cause is a unique collaboration between Desenio and The Art Therapy Project, a New York City-based non-profit that provides free group art therapy in safe, inclusive environments. The collection raises awareness about mental health, and a percentage of each sale will be donated to The Art Therapy Project. As someone who is going through a very difficult period after giving birth and having a child who has been in the NICU for several months, I was able to dedicate two paintings, one to where I dream of being and the second dedicated to my daughter.
